  The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! A+ - the location couldn't be better - close all sigh... what people say » ts via short, interesting walk, or metro lines very close. Also, hundreds of restaurants nearby! And the staff are all very, very helpful and nice. And the rooms are very secure, and each is different - and you couldn't beat the price.

  Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants.   Staff is incomparable, they are very good at English (dislike the Spanish), friendly and helpful (without invading my privacy). Juan, the owner, is a friend from the first sight. Room is very quiet and peaceful, small but everything is tasteful (colors, locations, lights, sizes). A++ hotel. - the staff is very very helpful and friendly and speak english. the rooms while small are comfortable. the shower is very nice. they have a free computer with internet onsite. other travelor's have left books and magazines to read. it is close to several metros and within walking distance to the museums. the price is reasonable and our room was quiet.

  Everything. I was travelling with friends, we were a 9 people group and had a perfect stay at Madrid. Close tho the city center (next to metro station). Just 15 minutes far from the heart of Madrid. Excellent food in the hostel´s restaurant "il Galo Pelon" (Spanish food, tapas, and steakhouse, superb meats). Clean rooms, modern building, elevator - It's really great place to stay. Clean spacious rooms, very close to shops and really nice local restaurants. Hotel is situated on suburbs area but this is not a disadvantage at all. Next to the hotel in the neighborhood you can find asian shop with everything you need. I hope I will back here as soon as it possible:)
