Friendliness of staff. Excellent on arrival. We had an appartment at the back. Not particularly a brilliant view but extremely quiet. Appartment was very good. Lashings of hot water and very well equipped. Very safe parking facilities on site. Very close to Royal Palace - free to EU citizens most afternoons. Close to metro . It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.
