  Location, location, location! The apartment was great. It met all our needs. It was clean and very functional. Also, Jose Manuel was a great host! He gave us all the information we needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. My daughter's luggage was misplaced by the airline. Jose Manuel agreed to be the airline's contact and had the lugga... what people say » ge delivered to him. He then personally delivered the luggage to us. What more can I say? Thank you so much Jose Manuel! You made our Madrid vacation - The owner was very accommodating. The location was very near market places and metros. It was a very convenient location if you are staying in Madrid longer than 2 days! The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good washing machine that actually worked.

  the appartment was just perfect for me, the location could not be better, in the middle of Anton Martin neighborhood. It was very clean and brand new. The staff is so kind and they are always able to help you in any situation, anytime you need. I think the rates are very cheap because the quality of the appartment and services was extremely good.... what people say » I would definetly recomend this place. - the location of the appartment is excellent, very close to the metro station, it was very clean and everything was on its place and working well, I mean wifi, frigde,microwave,wash machine,tv and shower.
