Lovely hotel, good location, 20 mins from the centre, so close by butquiet. Facilities (pools/gardens/spa/rooms) were excellent, stafffriendly and helpful. Making it a really pleasant stay. Quiet environment (even though road works were underway infront of main entrance). The settings are perfect for families with young children... we will be going back with our 2 children (3 years olds and 14months) in the near future. Staff very friendly, perfect for the nou camp! - The staff were really helpful and polite. English is my first language and it was reassuring to have staff that could communicate easily. Also, they were good not to laugh at my weak Spanish! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. - Everything was excellent;

A fantastic place - very clean and very comfortable. Rooms have kitchenettes with all the basic utensils, a cooker and a fridge, which is very convenient. Plentiful tasty breakfast and fantastic coffee (!). Cable Internet connection in rooms. The area is very quiet with a lovely park nearby. I recommend the place to everyone and would like to come back.

I loved the design and outline of the hotel, it was very impressive to see the glass structure of the hotel floors and all the plants. The rooftop is beautiful as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the Palmer restaurant served some great food. There are great shopping facilities right around the corner at Gran Via 2.
