  This hotel is absolutely fantastic. There are only a few rooms, in this castle-like setting, with beautiful grounds overlooking the Mediterranean. The rooms are sumptuous; spacious, airy, light. And the hotel is in a quiet, affluent neighborhood - not right in the heart of the city, but nicely removed from too much hustl - This is a beautiful hotel. It used to be a mansion (built in the 30s I believe) and has been converted into a small hotel. The views from the terraces gardens are fabulous. Breakfast is good - basically continental; I wouldn't rate breakfast 5 star, but it will fill you up and is not bad. The rooms are cute. Definitely ask for a room facing the sea if it's availlable.   We stayed at Casa Azul in December. We found the hotel very convenient for all areas of the city and the buses to the centre were also frequent and stopped close to the hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished , the bathroom was well appointed and the rooms and hotel spotlessly clean and well maintained . Breakfast was fab with lots of variety ... what people say » guaranteed to set you up for the day. The hosts Carlos and Carolina were very welcoming and helpful , nothing was too much trouble. A charming and cha - This is a very nice bed & breakfast, very close to the sea and in walking distance of the centre of the city. Our room was very tastefully decorated and made us feel right at home. The owners are very helpful and friendly and take very good care of their guests with an eye for detail. You couldn't wish for better hosts! We would certainly book a room for a second time at La Casa Azul if we were to visit Malaga again!
