As a Hotel you could not ask for anything more. All the staff were very helpful and helped keep the trip for our group of 18 completely hassle free. Malaga was a far greater succces than we could have expected - sun, sea, beaches, history, art, culture, superb food and great atmosphere. The hotel is extremely Central for the City and the Beach, literally 5mins level stroll into the City Centre.There is also a taxi rank right outside. Go for the Junior Suite, its worth it!!.

No tea/coffee maker in room. SPA service needs to be improved to a higher class service. Only one girl there and a small gacoozi.Only down side was no coffee/tea making facilties in room. Nothing to complain about.Pity the sauna wasn't on when we went, as the steam room was rather too hot!. Spa area could open bit earlier and lack of swimming pool . No, not really. The only thing is that the "sea view" is not really whatyou expect. I mean, you can see the sea, but you can hardly call it a'sea view'. And the sea view rooms face a big road, which might be a bitnoisy, but the windows were quite well sound-proof. Felt meal prices were too high.The bar was very quiet. Spa could be opened a little earlier than 4.30 pm.The wireless broadband connection caused nothing but touble during our stay. We booked the hotel because of this service and needed it to plan the next leg of our journey. If you need broadband stay somewhere elsa, if you don't then this place is fantastic. Morning Coffee was not good. Completely different to cups at night.A little hard to find when driving. the transperancy of the Bathromms glass doors which did not provide enough privacy. a coffee/tea making machine at breakfast time would have been nice. We did not like the smoking adjacent to the breakfast room. Not very 21st century.facilities for leaving luggage on last day poor and no where to leave valuables once room vacated. No tea coffee making facility in rooms and seating on balcony.I did not like the mattresses on the bed. Too hard! But that is quibbling. the mattresses are too hard in nearly all hotels. No tea/coffee making facilities. Can be noisy for the front rooms facing the main street. No possibility to check out after 12:00 without charges...Bed was disappointing. Would have been great in Hawaii -- given surfboard like hardness of bed. Bar prices!!!!.
