Very helpful staff (great recommendations), fantastic location close to the sea and the historic center, comfortable room close to 4 star, nice breakfast room on the 7th floor with view on the Ria of Vigo.   The hotel was clean and a good value for the money. It was walking distance to the Port. The staff, all though not always on site, were accommodating. I had only booked one night and wanted to add 2 more, which was done with no problem.
