1. The staff was very helpful and I learned several words and sentences in spanish:) 2. Wireless internet connection was very good with good speed enough to make video calls via Skype. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. Location was good midway between the station and the historic quarter. Some of the staff did not speak in english. My room faced the street which was quite noisy late night through the morning with drunken partners coming from the nearby clubs. They would stand out front of a cafe directly across from the hotel smoking and talking/ screaming loudly.
