  the staff was very helpfull. the rooms are nice and well equiped. the batroom is not big but the shower is "great". the position is great, in a little pedestrian street quiet but close to the station of many buses to explore the city and near the metro station. Good wifi in room! I didn't try the breakfast so I can't rate it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and all the sights there, but you would probably need to take a taxi or a bus to the arts and sciences buildings in the old riverbed.

  The pension is located on a busy street just round the corner from the Valencia Nord railway station (3mins walk). The room was very clean and nice, with toilet and bathroom (separate), although they looked like being added as you had to climb up a step to got to the bathroom, but it was not a problem.   Hotel in city centre and reasonably priced. Metro line 3 from the Airport to Xativa the hotel stop, takes 20mins. Stops at the beginning of the hotel road. 1Min to metro and Buses very convenient. Shops, restaurants and landmarks surrounds the hotel. A lively area full of fun. Staff were polite, friendly, speaks English and very helpful. Free leaflets and Information given on how to get to places. 24Hrs reception, Any complaints like noise - Great location in centre of Valencia, pedestrianised area full of restaurants. Approx 400 metres from Xativa metro and Valencia main train station. Rooms were very simply furnished but immaculately clean, also surprisingly quiet. Gent on desk very friendly and helpful. This is a traditional, simply furnished hotel that is great value for money and I will definately use it again.
