Hotel in city centre and reasonably priced. Metro line 3 from the Airport to Xativa the hotel stop, takes 20mins. Stops at the beginning of the hotel road. 1Min to metro and Buses very convenient. Shops, restaurants and landmarks surrounds the hotel. A lively area full of fun. Staff were polite, friendly, speaks English and very helpful. They help with directions to anywhere one wants to go. Free leaflets and Information given on how to get to places. 24Hrs reception, Any complaints like noise .
all reviews » Great location in centre of Valencia, pedestrianised area full of restaurants. Approx 400 metres from Xativa metro and Valencia main train station. Rooms were very simply furnished but immaculately clean, also surprisingly quiet. Gent on desk very friendly and helpful. This is a traditional, simply furnished hotel that is great value for money and I will definately use it again. the location in very center allows not to use public transport. There is no need in their breakfast as plenty of cafes and restaurants with menu of the day for 10-15 euros exist on the street next to the hotel. At the time of my staying there were a 20% discount cards for Subway ) I enjoyed a great view from the window on the 'Oficina de Correos'. Certainly not an up market hotel however the value for money was exceptional. The room was clean and tidy and the location was superb as a base to explore this wonderful city. If you're looking for somewhere to throw your stuff and have a good nights sleep this hotel is ideal. good location, less than 100m from metro station,direct metro line to beach, clean room, middle-sized rooms, good air conditioning, towels changed every day, helpful stuff , 24h reception, cafes with lunch menus next door, close to shopping areas. - Location - Right by the train station and loads of shops, restaurants and nightlife. -Lack of noise from outside or other rooms. -Lift -Staff more than willing to give directions. -Rooms cleaned everyday. -Would stay there again. location,friendly staff,quite economical,a great hotel because it is friendly, near to metro,bus,historical places,shops,bars,restaurants and very good value for money. i will definately return and recommend. The water from air-conditioner is collected to a bottle, which you should empty once per day. While the staff on the desk weren't unfriendly I never felt that they were very welcoming. There were always 2 or 3 people hanging about and it almost felt a bit like I was interupting them. Maybe that was just me however. noise in bathroom - the ventilation is not working properly. breakfast is absent - you have to go to a cafe next door, where the waiters say they don't have any food for you. wifi is only in the lobby, with very frequent failures. Nothing comes to mind. no air-con.breakfast was in the bar next door.i would have preferred self-service in the hotel. Some guests were very loud in public areas when I was trying to work in the Wi-Fi area. Nothing in particular. My room was not very clean. - no wifi in the room (but wifi zone on the first floor). Room was a bit dated. The beds - twin, but we booked at the last minute. ... everything was OK for the price. Internet is only available in the breakfast area, but it is free. The room was extremely simple, but okay. The bathroom was very good, remodeled and clean. There was a water pipe sound coming from the breakfast room's bathroom, located two floors below us. The whine from the pipe was unbearable. I looked for, found the problem, and shut off the water to the toilet. Problem solved. I shouldn't have had to be the one to do that. Short beds, even for a woman. Thin blankets, we were cold the first night, and asked for another blanket, so the next night was fine. Room were not very cozy, but we only needed a place to sleep, so it was ok. Noisy and dirty. - Rude female receptionist. beds were terrible, poor wifi facilities not up to today's needs or standards. It needs a lot of refurbishment. very old and basic. Lady receptionist ignorant. The gentleman was much more customer friendly. Rooms basic/shabby but clean.
