The woman at the front desk was very nice and accomidating. The area was perfect. Shopping is wonderful if you walk around the area. The metro is literally a block away (which means a short 45 second walk). We found the area ideal, as we would hop on the metro and see all the sites. The room was good value for money. There was a flatscreen and ac and plenty of space to ve around.
As said in previous comments, there is quite a bit of sound from the street at night, but the double glazing helps reduce it to a muffle.

Hostal Hispano takes WiFi seriously! It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.

I am so sorry that I haven't asked the name of that super professional and kind guy at the reception. He was extremely careful, helped us out with all our questions and made sure that we were comfortable and safe all the time. The three recommendations he gave us (breakfast place, lunch place and pizza place) were all great. The hotel itself was not exactly what we were waiting for, but the location is great and everything was so easy. Recommend it.
