  It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why? 1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms. 2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better... what people say » than in tourist office. 3. Location. Close to everything most important. I never took a metro. From r/w st. Attocha - on foot, to bus station to air - Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent. Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power. The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

  Everything was just fine, ... it was a thoroughly nice hotel, foundthat complaints re them not allowing late checkouts, or storage ofbaggage to be either untrue, or the hotel had taken steps tp resolvethese complaints, because we were allowed to do both, Service wasexcellent, room nicely appointed and comfortable, a very pleasant stay.Would return ... what people say » any time. - The whole front desk team were incredibly helpful - the little touches of free coffee and soft drinks in the lounge in the afternoon made it more of a club feel - very good service across the board indeed.The rooms were modern - boutique hotel style and well furnished - nice flat screen TV etc. Public areas are excellent!

  It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. One of the reception staff even phoned her mother who was taking part in a procession for holy week to see where it was so we could go and watch. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.
