The staff was completely accommodating, friendly, and speedy. The room design was very cool: exposed brick, bunk beds, ultra modern shower, and very quiet. This is a very modern high tech design hotel. Rooms are spotless and bright, Wonderful bathroom layout and shower. Breakfast is all you could ask for with great assortment of fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, eggs, etc. Staff very competent and welcoming. The location was excellent. Retiro Park is across the street, the Prado is 5 blocks away and you can walk to Plaza Mayor in 20 minutes. Fantastic hotel, overlooking retiro park. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

The guy who handed us the keys was really nice and helpful. The apartment is tiny but for the price we payed is enough. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of chueca and really near to metro and grand via. -
