  from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. I was traveling with my mom and we felt like we were with family form the lobby until the kitchen everyone is so helpful, the locations is great you go to the terrace and you have the Royal Palace right on from of you. we were like 5 minutes wa... what people say » lking to the public transportation. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
