Good amount of space in the apt (except for the second bedroom, which was very small with a single bed). Cheap, safe, parking. Very helpful staff.   The apartment was literally right around the corner from the Cathedral. Plenty of room to relax. Loved our stay. It was great to have the feeling of coming and going whenever we wanted.
