  We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. I read from previous reviews that the breakfast buffet was meager with no hot food... what people say » ... Maybe this was a recent update, but when we were there we were able to order eggs prepared to our liking, which I thought was neat!   Central location at the heart of the city and yet no traffic noise. Room was comfortable - well worth paying for the sitting room. Best choice of TV channels I've had in the Balearics. Continental breakfast offered a lovely choice of fruit, cheeses, meats, bread and pastries as well as juices with freshly made coffee and the decadent touch of Cava... what people say » ! The courtyard was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff were discreet but friendly when needed. - The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Both bedrooms we booked were spacious with a balcony.I had concerns because one of our party is in a wheelchair and i had asked for our room to be near hers and it was. we were near the lift and access was great.   Excellent location in a characterfull hotel. Couldn't believe it was so peaceful in the centre of the city..a little haven. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.They offered advice on trips, eating out, travel arrangements etc.Would definitely recommend and stay again - The huge spa bath!

  We found the staff to be extremely helpful; they had arranged an early check-in and acted promptly when we had a problem with the room safe. Breakfast at the Palladium was varied, plentiful and good - and the dining room staff were efficient and friendly. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. The old town and the magnificent - The 2 guys on the desk were very welcoming when we checked in and confirmed our earlier request for an early check-in ( it was 10.30 am ) and a room on a high floor with Cathedral view. The room was a good size ( at least twice as big as we had recently in Barcelona at the same price ) Bathroom excellant with Power shower . Although on the edge of the town it's only 10 min's walk to everything . Very nice quality Bedding ! Breakfasts are good with a reasonable choice of cereals , cold meats
