  Friendly helpful staff at entrance, location is the biggest plus and minus. Metro station is within walking distance. Centre of Madrid is within walking distance. Convenience store and cafe right next to the apartment building, on either side. Clean apartment, including bed linen and towels. However, the sofa-bed turned out to be quite spacious to accommodate two olde - Excellent location just 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Very clean. Also, Gracia who is in charge of the apartment was very helpful and friendly with us. She also speaks good English which is a big plus in Seville (if you don't speak Spanish)! Highly recommended!

  I liked the fact that it was located in the city center, but tucked in a small corner. It was in the city center but it was a quite area. None could've been more better!   Great location. A very modern apartment with all mod cons in a very old part of Seville. We could walk everywhere. Car park close by but difficult to find without help. Would recommend for family or a group of friends. We will definitely stay their again. A group of six would need to share ensuite bathrooms as 3rd bedroom is living room.
