  It's in a central location. Very close to busses and metro stops. El Cortes Ingles (huge shopping facility) was right across the street. Bike rental, and luggage storage place was very close.   I like the name, it is a great place to meet people - love the little extras like the curtains around the beds and lights and the balcony.   I'm head over heels in love with Black Swan! I planned on staying there for just one night, I ended up staying for a week! Everything was perfect. The staff is great! Always very helpful and just genuinely friendly, nice and cool! The location is great! Very central, 2 minutes to Urquinaona metro station.   The apartment surpassed our expectations. It is impeccably clean and is beautifully (and modernly) furnished, to a very high specification. It is also much larger than we had imagined it would be (or than the photos suggest), and offers amazing value for money. In spite of its close proximity to Placa Catalunya it is quiet, and we would definitely... what people say » return to stay there again, or recommend it to anyone. - We were a group of five staying at the flat and we all enjoyed it a lot. We arrived too early for check in but were let in anyway to leave our luggage which was great. The woman who gave us the keys was really nice and helpful. The flat had everything you could possible need when on vacation. We would recommend it to anyone going to Barcelona.

  I forgot to put what time we would be arriving and didn't know the dialing code but the man in the fast food shop let us use his phone and someone arrived with the keys in 10mins, on booking it says a single double room but it had two bedrooms one with a double and a sofa and one with two singles. Our flight weren't till later and they didn't mind... what people say » us staying abit longer. - Very nice, clean, easy to get to. No a/c but for the price can't be beat. You do need to arrange a specific time for arrival/departure as it is an apartment - so no reception services.
