  AMAZING hotel that I would recommend to everyone! We (2 best friends) stayed at 'Emma' for 4 nights. The whole staff, from the people at the reception to the cleaning lady, were very helpful en friendly! We felt very welcome. We loved the design (interior & exterior) of the hotel. We had a deluxe room on the 7th floor, situated at the front ... what people say » of the hotel. Very modern room, great bathroom facilities, speakers throughout the room and very fast Wi-Fi! The breakfast-buffet was very big and of - The rooms overlooking into the interior of the building,where we stayed on the first night, have no daylight and the ventilation is insufficient. So we asked to change to a front room with a window that could be opened. Our request was immediately satisfied. The staff were exceptional and the strongest point of the hotel.The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned.Breakfast is good and the hotel location is excellent.

  The room size was just fine. We had double bad, desk + some drawers. Room has been cleaned everyday, was really clean, same as bathroom. In room we had a tv, little fridge and hair dryier. Stuff were really friendly. Hotel is pretty small has got 7 rooms, and there is one nice common area for all of guests. Nice suprise first day we had a welcome ... what people say » breakfest. Location is good as well, not in so touristic area (that is how you can feel local atmosphere) but not so far from all atractions - 35 min - We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5 nights! After flight delays from Venice we arrived 6 hours late, but manager stayed around to let us in. We chose a smaller room with a shared bathroom/toilet, but we still had a private hand basin in our room. Not many rooms occupied which meant we pretty much had the place to ourselves (mid-December). Our room was cleaned spotlesslessly every day. Our extra days seemed to include a free breakfast because we paid the lady in person. If we had booked onli
