  The vibe of the place was really good when I was there; people were very friendly and it was easy for someone travelling alone (like me) to make friends. The staff were very approachable, and while it's not near the centre of Barcelona by any stretch of the imagination, it's near a metro station, supermarkets, a bunch of restaurants and also Parc ... what people say » Güell, which was a really nice spot (one of my faves in Barcelona). - Very kind staff, cheap hostel with enough comfort and plenty of equipment, close to Parc Güell and Sagrada Familia.

  I would like to stress out how Tina and Jose have been nice, helpful and welcoming. If you want luxury and 5 stars hotel feeling: well: book one and pay the price for it but do not moan about this little B&B that is clean enough, convenient enough, run by nice people and cheap!!! People want their cake and eat it but suck things do not exist g... what people say » uys. Again, if you want luxury: pay the price tag that goes with it or enjoy this bugdet hotel where you will get all you need, even a bit of a/c whic - Hosts were lovely! Tina was very helpful. Provided us straight away with bus information a map and suggestions for places to visit. Room was big with a table and fridge. Breakfast was self serve with plenty to choose from. Excellent location for Gaudi tours and Guell Park. Everything we did was in walking distance. Easy to get train to airport from this spot too. Tina also provided a cheap laundry service which made things so easy! Beds were firm which was fine for us but may bother others.

  Had a great stay at these apartments, reasonably basic inside but everything you need for a comfortable break. The location was good, roughly a 15-20min walk to the Las Ramblas, 5 mins away from the underground and a few mins away from one of the stops on the blue bus tour route. If you want to eat out try Morryssom which is a small tapas bar only... what people say » a few hundred meters away (right as you come out of the apartment door) , excellent food and very reasonable; there were 7 of us and we kept odering - Perfect location, short distance to the metro stations, plenty of restaurants and grocery shops around. Good equipped kitchen, clean. Not much noise from the street. Wifi, Real Spanish flat experience. Self check- in went really smooth. We stayed in apt 1a, first floor, 2 bed apartment, Very comfortable for two adults (double bed) and two kids (2 single beds), if more people staying in, there was a sofa bed also...

  The place was more like borrowing a friend's apartment than staying in a hostel. It was very conveniently located, being close enough to the main tourist area that you could easily walk there but far enough away to not cost the earth. It was also very close to Gaudi's Park Güell. The owner Silvia was lovely and very helpful and welco - Great location in Gracia, a bit away from the very touristy areas (like La Rambla), but well-connected with metro and buses. Clean throughout and a lovely terrace, and as we visited in the off-season it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves, as it was very quiet.

  casa gracia was absolutely amazing!!! It is located close to diagonal metro station and within walking distance to all the great sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to. Also, the staff was very experienced and helpful and added tremendously to the environment of the h... what people say » ostel.   We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.

  Staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. The room and facilities were very clean. We didn't think the room was small at all - we could fit both our large suitcases in without any troubles. The hostal is also conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Passeig de Gracia is within walking distance and Casa Mila is just two blocks away! Bus Turistic city tour buses also leave from here. We were also only 15 mins walk from The Ramblas, the main tourist shopping street. Khronos was basic but very clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful.
