  The staff is definitely friendly and helpful when you have questions. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you all the time. The room I stayed in clean and comfy, the shower is great and separated for male and female which gives security of usage. There's a lift is great and helpful for heavy luggage. It's only one stop away from the Sants train station, so it's actually easier to - Probably the best staff during our European trip. They're so helpful and friendful for everything. Clean rooms and good price for Barcelona standarts. Free Wifi everywhere. Useful lobby allows people to get in touch. So close to Sants Train Station and underground metro station. And also very close to Camp Nou for Barça fans.

  We stayed for just one night and arrived around 11 in the night. Stayed in 14 bed dorm. There was someone on reception to attend us and show us around and make us feel comfortable. The beds were decent and clean bedding was provided. No towels though. Lockers were good size. Dorm was big and spacious. Bathrooms were okay but could be cleaner and l... what people say » ooked after bit better during peak usage hours. Overall comfortable stay and very well organised. Staff also provided a lot of info to us and it was - Everyone here seems to be fans of FCB, I feel so excited about this!! They are very friendly and willing to tell you everything, I love them. The facilities are good, just feel at home ^-^

The service was really OKAY for the price I paid. Recommended! - The Polish lady on reception when I checked in was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious for a single.   Very friendly and helpful staff; we arrived late after midnight and still the attendant was really nice. The double room is in another building, 5 minutes walking distance from the hostel, very nice 5 floors with elevator, security entrance with electronic card, in the building and in the room; the room has a kitchenette and it was cleaned every d... what people say » ay with a daily change of towels. The surrounding area is very quiet considering you are in Raval neighborhood. supermarket right in front of the buil - We stayed in one of the double rooms which is in a separate building a few minutes walk fron the main hostel it was great actually closer to La Rambla than the main building. it was a quiet building and had a lift. Free wifi in the rooms was good and there were a lot of activities offered. We did the gaudi walkong tour and it was excelent. The double rooms weren't super cheap so in terms of value for money perhaps you could find somewhere on La Rambla but it was very close maybe 5 min walk
