  The bunk beds are great. Enough privacy, lights in your bunk. The showers are proper, cleaned everyday, hot water, soap dispenser. The kitchen is clean, easy to use, to cook, there is a waterboiler, dishwasher, pans and plates, enough cups. The living area is fantastic, a luxe cough, tables enough, coffee machine, vending machine, nice, friendly a... what people say » nd helpfull staff. Everything in the hostel is brand new! The hostel is nearby Parc Güell, there is bakery around the corner, enough supermarkets, two - This lovely hostel with friendly and helpful staff is very close to the metro and to the famous Gaudi Park! Good starting point to explore Bcn, especially given that in the lounge travellers can find lots of flyers and useful info about tours, events and promotions! Has all necessary facilities, like wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, lockers, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, etc. Very nice atmosphere, I found it easy to mix with other guests :) highly recommended!!!

  great location, very close to attractions and Gracia is a lovely district to party and go shopping; shutters in room - completely dark at night; friendly staff waited for me since I arrived past midnight - Clean hostel with kitchen facilities available and a separate fridge inside the room.Not too noisy.The metro station is only 1 minute away!

  I'm head over heels in love with Black Swan! I planned on staying there for just one night, I ended up staying for a week! Everything was perfect. The staff is great! Always very helpful and just genuinely friendly, nice and cool! The location is great! Very central, 2 minutes to Urquinaona metro station. The rooms are okay, comfy beds, A/C, Wi-Fi, plugs in your locker so that you can ch - The Black Swan Hostel is located in 7-10 minutes walk from Estacio d 'Autobusos Barcelona Nord. A sign from the street is not very well seen and you need to focus on the glass door from the street Carrer d'Alí Bei near the crossroad. You have to ring the bell and then you will be allowed to enter to the reception. There is very quick registartion at the hostel. The rooms, showers and toilets are very clean and spacious.   The staff was super friendly. They make you feel very welcome and give you many advices for your daily schedule if you ask. They provide you with towels for free and you can also change it if you need a new one. The breakfast is not luxury but at least there is a breakfast and for a few days it is totally fine :). The location is perfect for both,... what people say » sightseeing and going to the beach. If I come back, I would definately come back to Arco because price and quality totally are in balance. Thanks for - Arco youth hostel was a fantastic place to stay. The manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us whenever we needed anything - from maps, restaurant suggestions, anything at all. There were many reviews that said that the hostel was difficult to find, but we had no problem finding it at all. It's right off of la Rambla and right around the corner from Starbucks! Great hostel and I'd recommend it to anyone.
