Excellent Value for the money. Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

The location to all the places i wanted to go was very central - The room was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly, I would go there again. It was well situated, a few streets up there is a good shopping street (Madrid version of Camden).

Fantastic hotel, overlooking retiro park. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

Great location, about 30 seconds walk from Gran Via station. Close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Journey time from the airport on the metro approximately 35 minutes but bit of a headache if you have large bags as some of the connecting stations have steps. Really nice staff and decor. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer.
