  The staff was completely accommodating, friendly, and speedy. The room design was very cool: exposed brick, bunk beds, ultra modern shower, and very quiet. They held our luggage for us as we museum hopped and when our travel plans on to Seville be - This is a very modern high tech design hotel. Rooms are spotless and bright, Wonderful bathroom layout and shower. Breakfast is all you could ask for with great assortment of fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, eggs, etc. Staff very competent and welcoming. The location was excellent. Retiro Park is across the street, the Prado is 5 blocks away and you can walk to Plaza Mayor in 20 minutes. (Not to be missed is the San Miguel food market just behind Plaza Major where you can sample every kind of
