  Staff is incomparable, they are very good at English (dislike the Spanish), friendly and helpful (without invading my privacy). Juan, the owner, is a friend from the first sight. Room is very quiet and peaceful, small but everything is tasteful (colors, locations, lights, sizes).   Excellent location near the Metro and many restaurants. Friendly, helpful people at the front desk who helped make dinner reservations for us. Good WiFi in our room. Comfortable beds and quiet A/C. - I really liked staying here. The location is close to everything, the staff was really nice to us and the room was quite at night.

  The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid!
