  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. Really nice place and reccommended. NB: do not attempt to take your car to the hotel - the experience of the narrow 'donkey' streets is frightening - best to

  The room, double, was spacious, comfortable and clean; the bed was very comfortable so we slept well: important when you're walking around town all day! Location was ideal, right in the middle of things that we wanted to visit, eg the bull-ring.   The hostel was very lively and located at the heart of the tourist area. The kitchen and common room was well equipped. The Wi-Fi speed was good which helped us to complete an important work that we had to do for our university. Overall a nice experience ! - Superb facilities for a hostel.
