  We stayed in the hostal. Location is very good, room was very clean, modern and comfortable; the air-con worked perfectly. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful; most spoke English or were patient with our poor Spanish. Recommend the hostal to anyone who appreciates comfort and value, probably not the Mercedes-Benz/designer clothes crowd. -... what people say » We loved the location of the hotel.   The hotel was located in an ideal position for exploring the old city, with plenty of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Toledo is a really small city so even Alcazar, which is across town, was more accessible than I'd anticipated from reading other reviews. It was very central, with a private parking garage(although limited spaces) and with a public one nearby. Accomodatingstaff. Great rooms in the new wing and although I only stayed for onenight it was thoroughly enjoyable.
