  Location can not be beat. On nice Beach. Room was lean and e erything worked well. Pub downstairs was lively but never had issue with noise in room. - Located on beach front, nice bar with pool table and darts. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with wifi. Very close to tram stop.

  The view was absolutley fantastic and we had a big balcony so we could enjoy it even more. It is right on the sea front so only a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants right underneath us to eat and drink at!   The hotel was in a great location for us as we were meeting some people from a cruise ship who had docked there. Also, it was then easy to get into the centre by public transport. We were also, near the beach area were there was plenty of bars and restaurants to finish the day off.   Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.

  I booked this for the motogp weekend, it was possibly my best holiday ever! The appartment is very new very clean very comfortable and very good. If you are a 50 year old biker you do get the odd wtf look from spotty students but no surprise, cos you are in the university accomodation. secure parking was available for paltry amounts plus I had a ... what people say » balcony.
