The location, the cleanliness, good facilities. They charged me twice and refunded the wrong amount, which meant I was charged extra for staying there. During our stay, the key broke in the lock (how does this happen?!), which ruined our stay because we couldn't get hold of anyone at the office to come and change the lock. They turned up on the last evening, when it was too late.
