  It is hard to know where to start. We had a hire car and the hotel notified us we could use, at a price,some parking nearby. First this was fantastic advice and next we arrived and we cannot express our delight, gratitude and pleasure with the kindness and comfort we received. It was a pleasure and privilege to stay with them, we liked the housekeeper reception staff and all whom we - Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.

Facilities, location and certainly value for money. Riccardo was accommodating and arranged for a bit earlier check-in and gave us suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the area.
