  Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are all newly decorated, very clean and modern. We had a tiny problem with one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not acceptable and that we should move to a better room, which they o... what people say » rganised immediately. Excellent service and friendliness! Benidorm is full of skyskrapers but this hotel lies in the old town which is much prettier. - The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .

  We were the only British couple in the Hotel, which was mainly Spanish because of the Fiesta. Our experience of your Hotel was to say at the least, Wonderful. Starting with our welcome at reception, Room cleanliness, great meals everyday with plenty of variety and abundance, also very helpful staff, especially the room maid. Engl - Miguel at reception was very helpful and cordial as were all the staff. We requested a quiet room which we got. The food was of good quality.   in a very good location near to the beach . and also nice and clean and modern hotel. the meals were also served for a long time which made it easy to eat when you wanted to and not rushed. - We stayed at the Poseidon Palace, the airco was very good at night and the rooms were cleaned properly every day.

  The friendliness and professionalism of the Fiesta Park Hotel staff. The hotel was full of elderly Spanish people but we were treat with a lot of respect. Restaurant very clean and well staffed.
