excellent location have stayed there many times before and would stay there again and have recomended it to many people who have also stayed there. The friendliness of the staff and entertainment special mention for Pasquale and Juan in Restaurant and the mature lady on desk with glasses. The location is central to all amenities. The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. The food was excellent with plenty of choice.

This is a great location for stag and hen parties. the staff in the dining room were very friendly and helpful .the restaurant manager was very nice as was jaun who was very helpful. The whole 5 days we were there and are going bacvk in August and have been over the years even though we live in spain. the hotel staff were very helpfull and rooms were very clean and location of hotel was excellent. Excellent value for money, friendly staff, very clean, good location for busy end of benidorm. It was central and near beach shops and entertainment very nice were the Hotel is loved it. very comfortable.staff very helpful would choose ambassadore again for a fourth visit. i liked the friendly staff and location. i also liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Vegetables at dinner were over-cooked. Other than that food menu great. Found it hard to get sunbed. very cold bedroom no heating until 6 pm only have hot shower to get warm. The rooms are very basic and small. Could not get a sunbed easily, holiday-makers had chairs and sun-beds, some like ourselves and others had none, it should have been made clear guests either have a sun-bed or a chair not both, after all you can only use one or the other. The spa was being refurbished and I wasn't notified of this at the time I was booking which was only 3 days before And the main reason I booked this hotel was because of the spa I was very very disappointed to find this out. Noisy At night. People singing and shouting till all hours in the morning And dining room waitress if you were still at the breakfast table at 10 she would go round the table muttering in Spanish she obviously wanted you gone quite rude. The general sense and attitude of those working in the service industry!. Room I had was overpriced as was not of the standard I thought very basic not worth the money very disappointed. noise at night, there was a bar under our room that stayed open until 4am Drilling and works being carried out in the morning of our stay at 8am.
