We were waiting for a package to be delivered and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make sure it arrived safely even offered to call the delivery company, without us even asking them for help. We were very impressed with them. The restaurant attached was very nice and really reasonably priced, we ate there both nights of our stay.

The hotel is a beautiful, comfortable hotel and the staff very friendly. The location is superb, a short walk into the old town and great restaurants. Good shopping all around the hotel. Actually didn't stay at the hotel due to technical problems but was booked in to a hotel round the corner (and had a junior suite!). Came back to Nord 1901 to use the pool and was offered a free drink. Staff at Nord 1901 are excellent, very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay a pleasant one. The hotel is also very close to the town centre (by foot) where there are some very good restaurants (I'd recommend Mimolet which has excellent 30 euro menu)

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, in particular Maja, who helped us when we needed to visit the local hospital.
The room was lovely and the bed was huge! Everything we wanted to see in the old town was within walking distance.

Everything! Location was unbeatable and contrary to many old town centres, the taxi could take us right to the door. The staff was helpful, all receptionists were like Concierges: they recommended sites, restaurants. The room had all the latest amenities and comforts but the bonus was beautiful decor in and out of room and wonderful smell everywhere. Will go back!

Montjuic B&B is located high on a hillside in an area of expensive homes overlooking the new part of Girona. We couldn't recommend Montjuic enough - so stylish, relaxing, and comfortable.
Carmen was a wonderful host - extremely welcoming, passionate about what she does and helpful when giving tips on where to eat/what to do in Girona. She is obviously a big foodie like us.
One small thing is, while we really enjoyed the breakfast, we felt it was slightly overpriced for what you get, however, it was so impressive that many of the jams, yogurts etc Carmen had made herself.
