We arrived at 11.00 am and were very surprised and pleased to be given our room immediately.The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas and the little Nikolaus treats on December 6 were lovely.   It's a very nice hotel, with a good location (although close to thetrain station with all its kebabs and adult shops).   clean rooms,friendly staff, near city center,quiet place, - Staff were excellent and willing to assist. Room was an apartment and excellent size for family of four. Not far from main rail station and then walk onto attractions or train trip to Fussen. Minor issues only, but an excellent place to stay.
