all reviews » Thanks for early chek-inn! Hotel staff are very friendly :) On the sixth floor there is a pool, a sauna, chaise lounges on a balcony. The hotel is located in the center, but in a quiet place. no problems for unloading luggage from the car, proximity to the railway station (we chose Munich as the return location for a car rental). Nice breakfast. Close to metro station and city centre.The hotel location. room was nice. Location, location, location. Room was always spotless on my return, very well cleaned. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods. There's also wireless internet available through T-Mobile hotspots. The service at the front desk and in the restaurant and brakfast room was uniformly friendly and effective.The hotel is clean quit and in good located for business and tourist purposes. During the 3 days of my stay, beds sheets were never changed. Internet connection is rather expensive. Old numbers. Rooms on the street side little bit noisy until midnight, but it is not a problem. The inter net was not free and it was poor speed and high prices one day(noon to noon) 15euro. Pillow was too soft. The pillows are terrible; you cannot have a first calls hotel with one uncomfortable pillow per bed. For this reason I canot recommend the hotel.maid was not warned that I was styaing for half a day, and was attempting to clean the room several times during the day. Hard to find. Website needs to point out it is in a courtyard. I walked by twice in the rain.Fort the price free wifi would have been nice. They could have more vegetarian options in the food menu. I found the pillows too soft too, but nothing major.i did not like the fact that except for soap there are no other items such as body lotion available in the bathrooms. i feel that the mini bar prices are ridiculous. As soon as you enter the hotel,It's the cigarette smell that welcomes you.Very strong.Other than that.We had a pleasant stay.Breakfast fee seems to be expensive. One or two of reception staff were a bit rude (though there were nice others), the hotel is very crowded especially in breakfast and there is usually no place to sit, pillows were very soft, no enough bathroom facilities (no shower cap or cotton swabs) , the staff do not provide you with good information about city tours (though there were borchures).First of all I did not like the price...the next day I went to Milano to a 4 star Hotel for 10 Euro less and super service..I had a problem with my Internetconnection and the Hotel Maritim did not react right. They sent me help 15 minutes before check out..great..super..and no comment from them at the check out..nor any comment to a better price,because I could not use the full pid price..buuuuuuu. - the internet: did not work at all. hotel's hompage would not open and there was no other way to have internet in your room. despite talking to the reception desk, nothing could be done; finnish sauna was always out of order; after purchasing in room movie, it turned off after 20 minutes - had to buy it again in order to watch; the area: bear in mind that the hotel is close to central station. very expensive for what you get. Rude Staff. I had been waiting for coffee for 30 min.

Via the A9 from Nuremberg / from the airport:
- Exit at "Schwabing-Mittlerer Ring West"
- Follow the 'middle ring' towards Garmisch motorway and exit at "Stadtmitte"
- At the traffic lights turn left into Landsberger Straße
- Continue along this road until you reach a sharp bend to the right. After this bend, turn left at the traffic lights into Schwanthaler Straße
- Take the 4th street on your left - Goethestraße
- After approximately 50 metres you will find our hotel on the right-hand side

Via the A8 from Stuttgart:
- Continue as far as the roundabout at the motorway's end
- Turn right at the traffic lights into Pippinger Straße
- Continue along this road until you reach the junction with Bodenseestraße, where you should turn left
- After a while, this road becomes Landsberger Straße
- Continue along this road until you reach a sharp bend to the right
- Continue until you see the entrance to the A9

Via the A8 from Salzburg:
- Exit at "München Giesing" and continue to the end of the motorway
- The motorway continues into the 'middle ring'
- Follow the middle ring until you see a sign for the underpass "Pasing – Stadtmitte“
- Leave the middle ring here and turn right into Landsberger Straße
- Continue along this road until you reach a sharp bend to the right
- Continue until you see the entrance to the A9
