Here are my recommendation for other travelers:
1) Very clean and luxury kind of apartment. It was fully furnished with almost everything required in day to day lifestyle. Landlord was kind, helpful and gave us a warm welcome.
2) Highly recommended for people travelling with family and especially have their own car.
3) Big LED TV with over 20 hollywood movies in 3D/non-3D version.
4) Free wine and chocolates were served. I like this good-will gesture :)
5) Grocery stores were located near-by

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out.
