We were only there for 6 hours- arrived late and had an early flight to catch the next day, so just needed a place to crash for the night. The place was clean and quiet though, and the staff were very helpful. - Staff was amazing. Bike rental is cheap. Breakfast is pretty decent for 5 euros. I was in a 6 bed room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had 3 showers and the water was hot which I liked the most. The hostel was convenient to the west city center. There's a underground station next to it. The stuff were all very friendly and very helpful. They introduced the whole city to us and marked the popular places to go on the map for us, saved us lots of time. Love this....

The service for the personal - I was surprised - I hardly stay in Hostels (prefer hotels), because I always get quite stressed to what I'll find whenever I reach them. Extremely friendly welcome attendant (thrusday Oct 2nd, at night). I would come back to stay in a single room again.

We stayed in an apartment - small kitchen, large bed sitting room, large shower room/toilet. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

I liked that the hostel was trustworthy. I didnt feel scared to leave my stuff in the room. Staff was very helpful and useful, they advice us many time exactly to locations we wanted and we were pleased with that. It was perfect for those who want to save a bit of the budged in living.

I loved the location, it was very close to the cool areas of berlin andyet quiet and safe. Also, the cleanliness was above par for a hostel.They computers where free also which was awesome. Also, I arrived quietlate and the girl said it was no problem and she waited for me to getthere before she left...which was awesome :) - U inn is a great hotel

Hotel is located in a very nice area and it was easy to get around. Bus stops were a short walk away. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend it. - Very quiet, clean room. Shared toilet is also very clean. 10-15 minutes walking to the nearest bus stop (M19, Herbertstraβe stop).

I had the chance of meeting and talking with staff of the hostel. They
were very friendly and helpful. The room was very big. There were three
bunk beds in a room for four. The toilet and showing facilities were
also excellent for a hostel. I was sick and it was comfortable staying
in bed for a day to rest. I'd recommend this place to friends.
