The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me.   I'm not sure which Bristol I am rating. We stayed at two, one in Zurich and one in Frankfurt. The Bristol in Frankfurt rates much higher on my list than the one in Zurich. The staff was so friendly and helpful in Frankfurt. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was excellent.
