Very comfortable and pleasent. ıT feels lıke home.ı Am pleasently suprısed wıth the qualıty for an apart hotel . my room on the 16th floor wıth a terace and and the cıty vıew. Room ıs decorated wıth a good taste and wery well thought, everythıng you need ıs there ( just ı pod player ı couldn't see!) but ı had 2 tv. - teleskop- nespresso machıne and so much more. They have quıte a bıg resturant and a loby for an apart hotel and 15 mın. Walkıng dıstance to the maın traın statıon. Thank you and ı .
all reviews » Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back. What a great location close to all museums shopping and train station. I want to thank Mirko especially with his warmth and kindness. He is extremely knowledgeable in English and will not hesitate to help you at any turn. We were on the 14th floor looking out over the Main river on the corner of the building so we had 270 degree views. Fantastic. The hotel and staff were excellent. The location is perfect for the railway station (10 mins walk), and the trams (2 mins). The city centre is a 5 - 10 mins walk, quicker along the river. The upper floors afforded a wonderful view of the city scape, and river walk. Parking is available. Could not find fault. 10/10. We travelled with our teenage children to the Christmas market and occupied two rooms. Staff, service and comfort was excellent. The location was superb and our room was spotless and quiet! (Slept with open window in centre of Frankfurt). We will certainly stay at an Adina Hotel again. I liked the whole experience. Very close to the river, to downtown, shops, museums, outdoor cafes, etc. Easy walking distance to tram and subway, lots of good eating places , etc. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Very baby friendly - they provided a high chair for us to use for our whole stay, and the kitchen staff kindly provided warm milk for no charge. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern and very well-equipped. Really nice view from the 14th floor apartment over the city & river...that was the highlight; can't think of a nicer place in Frankfurt for a couple on a weekend trip etc....especially the upper floor views!. we booked it occasionally because we missed a flight. We did not expect to find such comfortable end equipped rooms! We did fit with 4 kids in one rooooom and it wasn't narrow! It was a great stay. we enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and the closeness to the city square. We could walk most places that we needed. The opening windows and door to the fresh air, was wonderful. Extremely well appointed apartment with everything a family could need for a city stay including a washing machine and dryer. It was one of the best serviced apartments we have stayed in. We need to pay extra money for wifi, and the wifi is not as high speed as we expected. the internet should be free as most of hotels around the world. Breakfast not included. When we checked in we were told the wifi is available only in lobby but when we tried to connect it returned with error. Later the morning shift staff quickly remedied the situation providing the login PW and UID. The previous day's receptionist could have been little more helpful. They charged for everything that is not just the room and two times they dif nott advice in advance that it came with an extra charge. They charged us 10 euros per night for the baby cot. They charged 4.5 euros for room service but they took an hour to bring it to the room. At least if they charge for room service I expect to receive it on time, instead we called and the rest told us that they were really busy. nothing. We were allocated a unit at 3rd floor, which did not give view of the river, blocked by the building across the street. Change the batteries in the rowing machine they've been flat for months. There was some construction in the area, so it was a bit dusty when we were walking in the area. windows could be better sound resistance. Nothing all was good only that they didn't have free wifi anywhere. The wifi was very week and expensive. Nothing in particular. No internet. Room Size is small. Staff nice enough but a bit indifferent by the usual standards of German hotels. Wifi very expensive and erratic (although in the end the cost was waived by reception without my having to ask). Breakfast expensive if you order room service, and not very copious. Tiny balcony, only really suitable for smoking. Never ending problem with wifi server. Nothing. Wi Fi issues. breakfast poor value for money, items eg egg left there for a long time, when ordered fresh they came raw, but staff good. Internet and parking are not free. Room was too warm to get a good nights sleep. Internet needs to be free wireless. No body will help you at night to carry the luggage and no meals you can order from your room at night. WiFi. Sign on is tortuous and unreliable. Furstrating for a paid network. Nothing .
