  It was very clean and cozy hotel. The room was equipped well enough and pretty silent, therefore neighbors and outside noise were not disturbing during the stay. The hotel is situated not far from central station (Munich HBF), around 5-10min. of walk distance from it.   The host Christian was very welcoming and had lots of information about Munich for us. The apartment was perfect for our stay I.E. clean, in a great spot and all the facilities we needed to be ccomfortable. - Christian (the owner) is very attentive and kind and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself.

  Excellent location & easy to find if you arrive in Munich at the main train station. Room was modern, stylish, really clean, and large (especially by European standards). The free wifi worked great. Very nice amenities, including in-room safe, refrigerator with included bottled water & paid minibar setup, large flat-screen TV, kettle to bo... what people say » il water for coffee & tea, etc. Bathroom was really spacious, and the shower was large & roomy with both a luxurious rainshower showerhead and - New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street. I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote
