  you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Bed is ok, sheets too. Pillows are very thin.... Towels are slightly old... and small. You need to pay for cleaning the room (2... what people say » 3 euros) and 6 euros for new towels. although room is at the street side, no noise was heared! windows are soundproofing! Great shower. The kitchen is - Excellent facilities in the room. All amenities we could have possibly needed were provided, all free of charge; -- Kitchen: kettle, coffee-maker (and filters), oven, electric-hob, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, cleaning supplies. -- Bathroom: towels, hairdryer, shampoo, sanitary bags, tissues, shaving mirror.   The wiev from room, room in color, the friendly receptor. - The location was right near BMW's Munich complex (about a 10-minute walk) and the view from our room was pretty nice. The hotel staff was great - very friendly and offered suggestions of things to do while we were there. It was also nice that they were dressed in Oktoberfest garb.
