  We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were.   We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a remote room where our dogs did not disturb anyone even by chance.   We were staying in xl Art room overlooking the River Rhine. It was well worth the money, as we booked well in advance. Tram stop very close, easy to reach Koelnmesse, shopping area/centre only 15 min. On foot. Room size was great, and clean. Added bonus: coffee maker (tablet).
