  I loved my room. It was big, the beds were really comfortable and although the room looked a bit old, it was clean and I felt there like at home. The staff of the hotel was also nice and helped us as much as they could. I also can't forget the breakfast. For free breakfast it was truly amazing! Overall great value for money! I'm glad I choose this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. :) - The price was fantastic for it's Location we went to the Christmas Markets which was a lovley walk over the Rhine river (Bridge) about good 15-20 min casual stroll. And a fantastic Bakery near Hotel less 2min walk that you must try. Staff were very friendly and customer service as fantastic. We loved our stay at hotel. Expecially the Hotel was a place to sleep not to sit around in.

  The apartment was great. It was large, well situated near the Cathedral/Train Station. The Manager (Brigette) was great and even provided a map of the Christmas Markets with a suggested route. She really did a great job to ensure that we had a nice time.   Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished because they are so roomy. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.   Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. Restaurants abound in its vicinity. Hotel room was enormous ( we got upgraded), clean but styled in the 80's. It had a kitchenette, and 2 bedroo... what people say » ms ideal for families and long staying guests. Breakfast was truly satisfying. For those with heavy luggage, there is one flight of stairs to take you - The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic. The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great experience and hotel!

  Hotel was easy to reach by road, it was a little out of town but there was a tram stop 10 minutes away, which would take you into the city in 10 minutes. - Had lunch,stayed overnight with excellent breakfast. Visited the city
