  Very nice hotel, recently renovated. We had a big room and enjoyed a lot our staying. The hotel has its own parking facilities (there is also plenty of public parking in the surrounding) and a tram station nearby: perfect combination! The breakfast was very nice.   Really pleasant, helpful and friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast included, cheap secure parking at the hotel and it's really convenient for everything in Cologne. There is a tram stop right outside the front door and if you dont fancy that everything is within easy walking distance. Cathedral is just 5-10mins ... what people say » leisurely walk away.   It was very clean, well-located and quiet. The close proximity of the city and the abundance of public transport were also very important.   We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment.... what people say » - It was a very nice room, quite spacious. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.
