This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

Location! It's next to Hofgarten (nice park with playground for small children) which you walk through 5-10min to get to the edge of the city centre. From there it was very easy and quick to get to the different Christmas markets, shopping areas, restaurants etc.
Our rooms were available before the official check in time.

Impressive ! Customer service is very good. Quiet room even on road side. Swimmingpool and sauna inside the hotel. Heater in the floor in bathroom. desk chair to work. The self-contained kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and dine in our room: cooktop, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. We saved money by not having to rely on restaurants for all of our meals.
Even though located near to a church, (the bells!), room was very quiet at night.
Great location for walking to all city sights.
