  Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious, however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we could have been moved to double rooms. Very good value for money especially as breakfast included! Very handy location with two ubahn stops close by. Would recommend - I thought the hotel was very well-appointed... what people say » . Each detail had been worked out. The room (and bed) was very comfortable. All was clean. Bathroom good, shower good. Lighting good. Quiet. Air conditioning if required. Good breakfast.

  Close to the center of Hamburg and close to S and U- Bahn. Rather close to Lidl. Refridgerator and electric kettler in the room. Free coffe in the morning, even if you didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Helpful and nice staff.
