  Fantastic location everything is within walking distance and their are a lot of great restaurants close by. Apartment was clean with good facilities we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked really well equipped. Budget friendliness compared to other hotels in Munich. In other German Cities, like for example Frankfort, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, the price would be much to high.

  We are senior couple and prefere to stay close to the downtown, so that to be able to return home in the afternoon and relax for a while to be ready for further explorations. We've paid 75 Euros for the double room with private shower/WC during the Opera festival which is a great deal for Altstadt.
