  we were lucky because it was a quite day; we got the nicest room in the hotel; beautiful large suite with balcony and view on the river, very nice staff. Nice area, close to the river and some restaurants - Staff was extremely helpful!!

  We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a remote room where our dogs did not disturb anyone even by chance. The location is 15 min walk from the main ... what people say » train station and about 7 min walk from the embarkment with a nice jogging path. This is really a good choice if you need a basecamp in Köln! - The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.

  One of the best places we have stayed in. Everything tops. Excellent service, clean, lots of amenities, and super location. We should have stayed there to travel to Aachen and Luxembourg and even Brussels! - This was a great hotel. The rooms very comfortable for the price and the hotel staff very helpful.
