Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere. Taxi from airport couldn't find it because it is so new but it was nice and great value for money.

All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. ... what people say » on a quiet street but with a tram stop about 100 metres in one direction and a U-bahn stop a similar distance in the other direction the hotel was ideally located. Breakfast was good and open till 10.30 n(12.30 on New Years day) so was ideal for late risers. The staff were helpful and very friendly. No complaints whatsoever.
