  日本人の方がフロントに居て下さるのは嬉しい限りです。ドイツは一般にサービス精神に乏しいと思われますので、日本の物差しで評価すれば多くのホテルが辛口評価になってしまうと思いますのお間違えなく。ただ私達ドイツ在住者にはこのホテルは快適でした。 Excellent Japanese hospitality in Germany. Off course we can not simply compare to the hotels in Japan, which have different level of standards. We, Japanese family in Germany could stay very comfortably. - I loved the breakfast... what people say » buffet it was amazing .. I also liked the room size and the facilities within the rooms. The Sauna and the Steamroom facilities were great also. The Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was located withing walking distance from the main central shopping area!

  Hotel is very close to railway station you even can see Hauptbanhof building from hotel window. In the recepcion staff speaks Russian, very hospital. There is shower in the room (single room).   Reception staff excellent, all three I spoke to very helpful. New ownerstook over on jan 1st. And are refurbishing starting with the receptionarea. It is a seven minute walk to main railway station and mainshopping area and river rhine are within walking distance. Hot and coldbuffet breakfast choice excellent. There is always a pot of hot coffeeand... what people say » cups in reception. - Bathroom in the room was very clean. Breakfast had an excellent choice. Reception staff were very very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and was excellent value for the 35 euros per night that included breakfast.

  Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Breakfast was good with lots of variety cereal, fruit meat. Very nice very pleasant BR room on 6th floor. Car park was locked and protected. Hotel less than 1 block from train/tram station for those ... what people say » going to Phillips Hall as I was. - Lovely hotel, extra friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, amazing breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.

  very friendly staff working there, we came there about 10:00 AM (before check in time) and our room was ready and they even invited us for free breakfast that day. Every day breakfast was delicios with very fresch bread, meat, different cheese, cereals, coffee.....Room was very spacious and clean with almost new furniture.
